You will need... 6 eggs (3 whole eggs + 3 eggyolks), 300 cc santan (instant coconut milk), 10 lime leaves (if desired), 25g melted margarine (1/2 tablespoon)

BEAT eggs at high speed for 5 minutes until foamy.
ADD Pondan Bika Ambon Cake Mix, instant yeast, and coconut milk, then stir well until even.
LEAVE the mixture for 90 minutes and let it rise. Before baking, add melted margarine and stir well until even. Grease bottom and sides of baking pan with margarine generously, then pour the mixture into baking pan.
HEAT UP base plate of baking pan for 10 minutes before baking. Bake for 30 minutes on medium heat till done. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting the cake.
CUT into desirable slices. Read to serve.

Tip : For best result, in step #3, put the mixture in warm and moist condition so the yeast will work optimally. The simplest way is by covering it with water soaked towel and leave it under sunlight.
