để làm mo�?y trang web thì không khó, nhwng bạn sẽ lưu dwx liệu ở đâu lại là một vấn đ�?. cho nên theo mình bạn không cần xây dựng trang web để cho m�?i ngư�?i dowwload mà hãy upload dữ liệu lên các host sau đó copy link vào nơi bạn muốn chia sẻ. m�?i ngư�?i sẽ căn cws vào link để dowwnload.
có mấy trang web cho phép upload dữ liệu free bạn thử dùng xem nhé

::D điều đầu tiên là bạn phải kiếm host ... nếu có tiền khỏi phải nói ... nhưng free thì bạn có thể kím tạm cái host free nào đó ^^ :roll1: như trên
mình thường sài host ở trang my.opera.com
khi đăng kí blog ở đây nó cho bạn 300MB để up các thứ lên ^^ down rất nhanh ổn định
